The photo group I’m in, the Brandywine Photo Collective, is having a group show at the RAL gallery in Rehoboth, Delaware.  The snow storm of 10 days ago left more than a foot of snow in Rehoboth forcing the delay in the opening until Saturday January 20th, 2018.  It is a juried show and several of us had photos selected.  My photo, JB & BS, is an inkjet print of a scanned 12×20 negative.  I like the picture.

Very soon I will be wet printing it.  So far, that’s the only way I’ve been able to get the image completely.  My Epson V700 scanner is fine.  It just wasn’t designed for scanning negatives larger than the whole of the scanner.  The problem is moire patterns and the inability to lay the film evenly on the glass.  Oh, well.  There’s always paper!
